Viewing asset insights from social and on-chain signals
Curated investment baskets
Buying/selling supported digital assets
Earning yield on stablecoins via third-party protocols
Tracking your portfolio and social investing activity

4. Risks and Disclaimers
Investing in digital assets carries significant risk. You may lose some or all of your investment. Markets are volatile, and digital assets are not insured by any government or bank.
Today does not guarantee:
The accuracy of data, prices, or analytics shown in the app
The performance or safety of any third-party protocol, asset, or investment basket
Continued availability of any specific asset or service
You accept all risks associated with your use of the Service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal purposes
Engage in market manipulation or misleading activity
Copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our written consent
Interfere with system integrity or security
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
6. Fees
Today may charge fees on certain transactions, including:
Buy/sell execution
Deposits into yield protocols or asset baskets
Fee structures will be clearly disclosed in the app and are subject to change.
7. Third-Party Services
Today may integrate with third-party protocols (e.g., DeFi yield platforms, crypto exchanges). We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or security.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, product designs, and software are owned by or licensed to Today. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service without our written permission.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Today and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Any damages arising from third-party services, hacking, or unauthorized access
In no event will our total liability exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
